Doxpop Online Payment Fee
Doxpop collects a fee based on the amount of the payment, as laid out below:

Why does Doxpop collect this fee?
Doxpop collects this fee directly from the public so that we can keep our services free to the courts. Otherwise, we would need to charge the court for our service, and in turn they would need to add a new fee to every case. We prefer to give our users the choice to pay this fee only if they use our service, rather than requiring everyone to supplement the cost of supplying this service whether they use it or not.
