Doxpop Fine Payment

Privacy Policy:

Doxpop will not share your personally identifiable information with any third party except as follows:

1) We must transmit your name, the case number, contact information and payment amount to the clerk/court in order to complete this transaction on your behalf. These may become a part of the Court's public record, including your email address, phone number, and postal address. We do not pass along your credit card information.

2) If Doxpop has reasonable cause to believe that a User has engaged in fraud, theft or other malfeasance with respect to payments made through Doxpop Court Payment Service, all information connected with the transaction will be provided to the agencies investigating the fraud, theft or other malfeasance.

3) If required to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, Doxpop will release personal information, but only to the authorized agency and only with the provision that the information is to be considered confidential.
